With extensive experience across both the United States and Nigeria, she is committed to elevating the patient experience and strengthening the Designing Smiles brand through intentional, community-centered marketing.
Beatrice’s professional background includes more than a decade of leadership roles in the healthcare industry in Nigeria. She served as the Business Head and Marketing Head at Nucleus Diagnostics in Lagos, where she led business development initiatives, strategic planning, and brand growth. Prior to that, she held the position of Business Head and Marketing Manager at Foremost Radiology Consultants and worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Mecure Healthcare. Across these roles, she refined her skills in organizational leadership, crisis communication, business development, strategic planning, and customer service.
In the United States, Beatrice continued to grow her career at William Paterson University of New Jersey, serving for more than two years as the Development and Annual Giving Coordinator. In this role, she supported alumni engagement, donor relations, fundraising communications, and social media strategy, contributing to the university’s institutional advancement and community impact.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Professional Communication from William Paterson University. She also earned a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Saint Peter’s University, which further strengthened her ability to integrate data analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights into marketing and communication initiatives.
