  1. During your initial appointment with one of our doctors and hygienists, you will have a comprehensive and detailed oral examination with detailed explanations of your condition and treatment options. A customized treatment plan will be created with your goals, aesthetics, and long-term functionality in mind. Less complex procedures may take place on this day.
  2. We review your medical history
  3. Check your Blood pressure
  4. Full mouth xrays
  5. Clinical photos/intraoral scan
  6. Comprehensive and detailed oral and dental exam
  7. Oral cancer screening
  8. We are on your team. We co-diagnose your dental needs and come up with a treatment plan customized for you.
  9. The condition of your mouth would determine your next step
  10. We request that you please bring the following in with you to your first visit:
    1. Your health and dental insurance information
    2. A list of current or prior medical conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc
    3. A list of the medications you are presently taking (heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
    4. A valid driver’s license or photo ID
    5. Form of payment (credit card or ATM card)
  11. Note: If you are under the age of 18, please bring a parent or guardian along with you for this visit.
