Haidee has been an amazing front desk presence at Designing Smiles since 2022, consistently delivering kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service that our patients truly love. As the welcoming face of our practice, she sets the tone for every patient experience with warmth, patience, and exceptional customer care.

Before joining Designing Smiles, Haidee spent over 21 years in broadcast media at ABS-CBN, one of the Philippines’ largest and most respected entertainment and news networks. During her tenure, she worked as a news editor, guest producer, VTR video playback specialist, and researcher, roles that strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Her rich media background, combined with her genuine compassion for people, adds depth and excellence to every interaction. Patients adore her, staff value her calm professionalism, and she continues to embody the heart and spirit of Designing Smiles every day.
